Our IGP olive oil


Our IGP extra virgin olive oil originated in 1994 when an olive grove made up of mixed cultivars was planted:
Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino.


The olives are followed during their maturation until, once ready, the harvest begins, strictly by hand and careful and quick to avoid the ripening goes too far, so as to maintain low acidity and live the aromas and scents.


Within three days the olives are taken to the mill. Acidity 0.2%. Controls carried out by the certifying body by polluting agents have always given negative results.
