Our organic olive oil

The history

The extra virgin oil of the agricultural company Pane e Vino finds its origins in 1994, when an olive grove composed of mixed cultivars got planted: frantoio, modaiolo, leccano, pendolino.
The policy of the company, oriented towards the environment and healthy diet, pushed us to maintain a purely biological conduction of our cultivations.
The olives are followed during their aging, until once the are ready, the harvest can begin, done exclusively by hand, swift and careful in order to avoid an eccesvely long aging, so to maintain a low sourness and an intense aroma.
Within 3 days the olives are taken to the facility also following the biological method.
